Anaerobic Digestors

Together with our partners, we are currently working on the financing of a commercial size Anaerobic Digestion plant, which is to be built in Italy, in the region of Naples, using animal waste to produce bio-methane. The Italian Government set a decree to escalate the production of Green Gas for the transport industry. The decree offers affixed EUR 110 per MWh for a period of 15 years.

There are over 90,000 head of buffalo within 10 km of the site, and sufficient vegetation (within 15 km) to balance the animal waste. Due to the demise of most of the chemical fertilizerZurich , the demand for organic fertilizer is growing.

The site is secured and shall be purchased within the next 12 months.

Bio-methane will be sold to a liquefication plant producing LNG for transportation fuel.
